Out today in the woods, very muddy and slippery with the leaves but the Diego handled it amazingly well, loving it.

Everything I was looking for in an upgraded e-Bike. Urey happy with purchase!

It is a little on the heavy side but that is what we wanted. The motor is powerful, the fat tires give you a lot of leeways when it comes to bumps in the road or when you go off-road. The battery capacity is more than sufficient. We did several 30+ mile trips and came back with more than 50% of juice left in the batteries. It was quite windy on those days and we are both not light as a feather. It is really fun to ride the bike. The bike is easy to handle, feels safe, and is fast. In our opinion, a 5-star rating is absolutely justified.

Bike is great,weather sucks

Had a great ride along the scioto River yesterday morning. I love how it takes me everywhere I want to go. Mud, rocks, blacktop, sand. It's really such a versatile bike and has enough power to take me through the mud or up a hill with no problem.

Well built, ergonomically comfortable, and fun to ride.

It takes some time to assemble the bike. And now I can finally ride with it wherever that I want to go and feel the wind of my hair!

We love our bikes. They run right up our steep half mile long driveway with no problem! Thank you!

I love my new eBike! Very easy to put together and performs nicely. Plenty of power and as much of a workout as you want. 10 stars!

I use to mountain bike back in my day. 2 kids and 70+ lbs later I haven’t ridden a bike in years. Well that has all changed thanks to this product. I did my research and man I tell you I have zero regrets so far. In the last 4 weeks I’ve put 100 miles on my bike and looking forward to the 1000 mark. Thank you for helping me be the best version of myself. I never thought my love for biking would come back this strong but I’m happy it did. I’ve also lost 12+lbs doing something I love!

I have to admit I took a bit of a gamble when buying such an expensive item with no simple way to return if it didn't fulfill my needs (once out of the box and assembled, it'd be necessary to disassemble, repackage and arrange shipment again which I could see being difficult). All such concerns soon disappeared once the parcel had arrived - the bike is extremely well manufactured, and easy to assemble. Best of all it performs exceptionally well. I've now done over 100 miles of very steep and difficult mountain-bike terrain on the bike and if anything it's loosened up a little now, but in a good way - my confidence in its capabilities has grown with each ride.

I had been in the market for a fat tire bike for about 6 months and did not want to spend money on something that did not meet my criteria. Someone recommended I look into Xtion. I am so glad I did! It checked all the boxes in my criteria. I finally felt comfortable pulling the trigger on a large purchase.And it came pretty quick. Diego did great job on all road conditions. This purchase was definitely WORTH IT!

Very well packaged. A bit difficult to assemble by myself, but I managed. Bike rides well, the weight is something I didn't account for, so pedaling is a bit more difficult. My only real complaint would be the choice of tires. Being older, I really will spend most of my time in a suburban environment. So getting around a paved environment is made more difficult because of the fat knobby tires, which are really meant for a more off-road experience.

We have other ebikes, and this one is by far the best. I used to think espin had a really nice bike, but my Diego is so much more bike. I did have some warranty issues, but their customer service worked through everything with me and now, my wife has adopted that bike and I am stuck with a lesser. But, we plan on purchasing a second Diego in the future. We like it that much.

Shipping was great really nicely packed up , customer service was extremely helpful knowledged and pleasant… Great experience. I’ve already had people stop me on my rides and want to talk to me about my Diego bike.

Finally got try them on a good ride and definitely impressed.
