Excellent bike with front suspension!

Second bike I ordered seemed to be delivered quicker than the first one. Packing seemed to be so much better . Great bikes!!

It’s an awesome bike, I use it to go to work every day and it works perfectly I save a lot of money on gas. I’m also very heavy so I’m really happy with it because it can carry my weight. Really amazing product.

I bought this bike for my wife. Here is her review. Just finished a 24 mile ride. So far I’ve rode a little less than 100 miles. It is a great bike, good fit, battery seems to last a good chunk of time and miles.

We did a tremendous amount of research before the purchase. We were looking for a street commuter bike for my wife with a frame for her height (5'4 ), that was a simple style with a comfortable seat but could still had class three performance. This bike met all of the criteria and then some. We are both over 70 years of age and use our bikes as a form of exercise and usually ride about 60 miles a week. I like to average about 15 miles per hour on the rides but it was becoming difficult for my wife to keep up. But now with her new e-bike, she has no problem. In fact, I have a hard time keeping up with her even though she only keeps the bike in the lowest level pedal assist (1) but gear 7.

Just went for my first ride, what a blast. The Level is fast and fun, it easily doubled my normal ride and still had plenty of battery. I'm 72 and this bike is a game changer. I'm looking forward to a full season of riding.

I purchased the Chariot XI for my wife. It arrived on time but the box was a bit torn. I assembled the bike the next day to make sure it included all the parts. It did. It took about 30 minutes to assemble the bike. My wife loves it and can't wait until the weather is a bit warmer to ride. Overall a very good experience.

I live in the upper Midwest, so I won't be able to ride until spring, but I am very excited for the bike. Customer Service was great, and we have already recommended the company to others.

We bought Sport one cause we live in an area of steep hills and mountains, and we are in our late seventies but the Chariot XI erases the hills with ease. We highly recommend them

The Good: Quality seems to be very high. Assembly was straight-forward. Range hasn't been an issue even at 3-4 on the assist. 7 gears have proven to be enough.

My first ride was 26 miles. I pedaled the whole time with pedal assist when needed. I followed a river along a path south of town. I felt like I was somewhat in the wilderness. The ride was very comfortable and I felt like I got a good workout while seeing an area I never would have seen before if not for my Chariot XI bike! I love the ease of the step through to get on my bike! I have highly recommended this bike to friends!

1st ride done. 8 miles into work using a rout through the woods that cars can't take, the bike needs help on the steepest hills but that's fair, I don't even like walking up them ones! So far, so good. Its a great piece of kit.

Everything seems great as of now. The weather has not be the best so have not really taken the bike out much. It seems to work very well and looking forward to good days out on it in the future. Winter is coming and I don't do well in cold weather so may be Spring before I get out much on it.
