The Chariot XI features our custom 6061 aluminum frame making it highly resistant to corrosion and stress. What’s more, our e-bike for adults supports 300 lbs weight. Combined with puncture resistant 26” x 4.0" fat tires and front suspension, you can enjoy a comfortable and steady riding. 48V lithium battery with fast charge capabilities, 3-4 hours until full, means that you can get back in the saddle in no time. With a powerful 750W/500W high speed brushless motor, 7 speed gears and 9 level pedal assist, you can now easily tackle various terrain and reach speeds up to 24-28 mph with pedal assist. It’s an awesome bike, I use it to go to work every day and it works perfectly I save a lot of money on gas. I’m also very heavy so I’m really happy with it because it can carry my weight. Really amazing product.

I bought this bike for my wife. Here is her review. Just finished a 24 mile ride. So far I’ve rode a little less than 100 miles. It is a great bike, good fit, battery seems to last a good chunk of time and miles.

We did a tremendous amount of research before the purchase. We were looking for a street commuter bike for my wife with a frame for her height (5'4 ), that was a simple style with a comfortable seat but could still had class three performance. This bike met all of the criteria and then some. We are both over 70 years of age and use our bikes as a form of exercise and usually ride about 60 miles a week. I like to average about 15 miles per hour on the rides but it was becoming difficult for my wife to keep up. But now with her new e-bike, she has no problem. In fact, I have a hard time keeping up with her even though she only keeps the bike in the lowest level pedal assist (1) but gear 7.

Just went for my first ride, what a blast. The Level is fast and fun, it easily doubled my normal ride and still had plenty of battery. I'm 72 and this bike is a game changer. I'm looking forward to a full season of riding.

I purchased the Chariot XI for my wife. It arrived on time but the box was a bit torn. I assembled the bike the next day to make sure it included all the parts. It did. It took about 30 minutes to assemble the bike. My wife loves it and can't wait until the weather is a bit warmer to ride. Overall a very good experience.

You have to really get into the bike. Study the features try different terrain. The brakes were good quality, frame light and stunning. The battery life if you ride correctly will last you an incredible amount of miles. I still have yet to see how far I can actually go. I usually get tired before my battery gets to low. Customer service is the absolute best ever. My suggestion as a business owner and ebike lover, this is the bike to get.

The Good: Quality seems to be very high. Assembly was straight-forward. Range hasn't been an issue even at 3-4 on the assist. 7 gears have proven to be enough.
